The transformation from cash to card is huge. It is the most easy and convenient way to pay. The hotel websites or even the apps and also the travel agents, everyone has this option of payment through cards. It is safe too, as you are paying it from your phone (not sharing the card details) and it also has few security procedures to reduce cyber crimes and maintain the security. The banks are associated with the apps or with the hotel, which then has different offers for that specific bank account holder.

Hotels now have a whole new online support systems, the guests can contact them through the pop ups at their websites or by mailing them or calling them at their customer care number mentioned. The guests are always interested to know more about the hotel and other details, as to where they are investing their money in. Now, the hotels also give regular updates on the bookings on mails and messages, which maintain the interests of guests. They are open for 24hours and also give the option of call back.
