Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) would float a tender for acquiring 200 AC buses soon.
The state-owned transport service provider Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation are importing 200 AC, 400 non-AC buses and 500 trucks under Indian Line of Credit (LOC).
The Road Transport and Bridges Minister, Obaidul Quader said, “Procurement process for bringing 400 buses and 500 trucks is at final stage under the LOC.”
He said Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) would float a tender for acquiring 200 AC buses soon.
He also added, “The digitize system is being implemented at depots of the BRTC for ensuring transparency.”
